Renders are artist’s impressions. Plans, areas, views and finishes are indicative and may change during design and permitting.

Prices and availability

Prices are indicative and exclude purchase costs and taxes. Availability is updated regularly but is only confirmed in writing by us.

Hydra Bay Resort

Hydra Bay Resort is a separate property. Its villas, pools, dock and beach are not part of this offer.

Management

Management by the Hydra Bay team is optional. There is no guaranteed rent or return.

These terms are governed by Greek law.
