Who we are

What we collect

When you enquire: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the home you are interested in, how you would like us to reply (WhatsApp, email or phone), how you would use the home and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign details.

With your consent only: analytics and advertising cookies (see the cookie policy).

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and follow up about the homes (our legitimate interest and your request), and, if you consent, to measure visits and our ads.

Who we share it with

Our CRM (HubSpot) and email provider, which process data on our behalf; Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from spam; Google (Analytics and Ads) only if you accept those cookies. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a buyer, in which case contract records are kept as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to alexanderleandros@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
